The organization from Serbia will build U12, U14 and two U16 teams, inspired by "Football Academy".

Spirit has just announced its expansion of the Academy, with the recruitment test sessions for four new young teams from ages under 12 or more.

Academy manager, Dmitrii "Soul3" Bukhteev, said this project is designed intentionally based on the model of "Football Academy", with a clear route from U12 to U14, then two U16 teams, leading to the official Spirit Academy team and finally the main squad.

"The moment the boys from the current academy team goes further in their career is not far away."
Spirit, with the support from the Alexey "Overdrive" Birukov, is famous for its ability to detect talents early and even signed a contract with only 9 -year -old players.

"The most important thing we want to achieve is continuous," Soul3 added. "Leaving a player from the U16 team up to the main team of the Academy will not have difficulty adapting: playing style, schedule, training methods are familiar with him. Everything needs to be clear and reasonable."

This "turning point" decision was made in late December 2024 and the preparation started in January 2025, with Dmitry "S0TF1K" Forostyanko continued to take on the role of chief coach.
Spirit Academy has trained a number of leading professional players, including Danil "Donk" Kryshkovets and Myroslav "Zont1x" plakhotia, along with names like Timur "Fl4mus" MareV, Kirill "Magnojez" Rodnov, Artem "Artfr0st" Kharitonov, Pavel "S1renov" Ogloblin, Aleksandr "Kair0n-" Anashkin and Robert "Patsi" Isyanov.

Part of the motivation, according to Soul3, is because "the time when the boys from the current main squad further go further in their career are not far away."

The current team includes the goal of the Falcons team, Maxim "Kyousuke" Lukin and Daniel "SYPH0" Ageyev, who tried it at Cloud9.
