European Fnatic organization is going through a challenging period after defeat in LEC Spring. The team of the team, Fabian "Grabbz" Lohmann, held a frank press conference on his personal Twitch channel, sharing many important internal information as well as the upcoming changes of the team.

UPSET and Mikyx - The only two unique names

Grabbz confirmed that currently, apart from the underset and Mikyx couple, no player is guaranteed position in the squad. The positions in the upper half of the map (top lane, jungle and mid lane) are likely to be changed. Although the final decisions have not been closed, the team is expected to be adjusted in the transfer period.

Another important change is to add an in -depth coach of communication skills and behavior, instead of focusing on the gameplay. According to GrabBz, the team's problem is not only in macro or microphone, but also the basic ignorance among members.

The main issues that Grabbz raised:

Breaking off the competition plan: The players unify the tactics before the match, but when playing, there are people who arbitrarily do differently.

The calling for adventure Baron: Grabbz describes the Baron approach as "a gamble" - the type "just try to see".

Lack of leads: The coach said that the role of Shotcaller was outdated in modern League of Legends, but also admitted that the team was lacking in leadership.

Unstable performance in the jungle and mid lane position: The performance of the jungler and the mid lane fluctuates from "good" to "very bad".

Humanoid understood excellent Macro but did not share with his teammates in the match due to internal barriers.

UPSET - The most stable player

Of all the players, only UPSET was absolutely praised by Grabbz. He was the one who maintained the professionalism even when the rest of the team lost.

Serious style of training, ready to discuss frankly on issues, progressive spirit has helped UPSET become outstanding in the middle of the general decline. He and the coaching staff have tried to inspire and motivate the whole team, although the results are not always the same, but UPSET's contribution is very clear and undeniable.

Grabbz also mentioned some "dramas" between the players, but did not disclose details. He said the players will decide whether or not to publicize this information.

The upcoming plan of the team:

The team will take a month off, then there is a month to prepare for the summer LEC. Fnatic currently has no plans to organize boots, due to not sure about the stability of the squad. In addition, the team is also considering the possibility of cooperation with ERL teams, but nothing has been confirmed.

Grabbz concluded that the atmosphere in the team at the end of the last season was very bad, and although it showed that the players were still interested in the results, but the emotional stress made all weaknesses become more clear.
