At the beginning of the season, Riot decided to combine VCS, PCS, LJL and LTS to make a single area called APAC and the tournament of the whole region to decide the performance of international League of Legends tournaments that will be named LCP. Initially, this caused a lot of controversy, especially from the two major areas of the APAC group, PCS and VCS. One side is too strong in terms of expertise compared to the rest (PCS) and the other name dominates the coverage of the community. But up to now, a series of evidence shows that with APAC, Riot has done right.

Accordingly, a statistics of the Esports Charts recently showed that the total number of views at the highest time (Peak view) of the match between CFO - GAM is nearly half a million. The number may not be anywhere compared to the "view sentence" names of League of Legends village such as T1 or LPL, but with APAC is very encouraging. But now PCS teams are showing that they are superior to the rest.

The competition period for the Worlds 2025 tickets is likely to be the VCS - PCS battle but Taipei China is proving superior while Vietnamese League has not left too much imprint.
