Riot Games has officially announced the release date of a new time -limited game mode called Brawl, will be released in the League of Legends with update 25.10. Players can expect 5V5 battles on a completely new map, focusing on attacking and choosing random champions. The mode will be opened on May 14 and only present in a short period of time. The launch time coincides with the mid -season update, where the meta of the game will have big changes.

A Riot employee shared more about the activation time of Brawl mode by time zone:

May 14 at 8:00 am (Pacific time) for EUW, Eun, Russian, Turkey servers

May 14 at 11:00 am (Pacific time) for the rest of the world

Brawl mode combines elements from Aram and Summoner’s Rift, but has a simpler economic system, unique map, and random selection of 4 generals for each team. The arena will have charms and monuments that can turn the match surprisingly. These factors make the gameplay more active and unpredictable.

Although this is just a temporary regime, Riot said they could bring Brawl back in the future if they were actively received by the community.

The launch of Brawl coincides with the 25.10 update, where Riot will enhance the equipment system and make many major adjustments on general balance. Detailed information about the update will be in the official article of Riot.
