About five and a half times by the Latvian gunner in the FaZe's main squad closed.

Faze has officially announced Helvijs "BroKy" afterkants were taken to the bench. The move ended the nearly six years of Broky in the Faze's starting lineup, starting in September 2019.

The announcement made in the context of FAZE started in 2025 was not very impressive, when their only deep progress came at PGL tournament with the quality of the team to attend was not high. Notably, Faze was unable to reach the playoffs of Iem Katowice, Iem Melbourne and Blast Open Lisbon.

FaZe had a great difficulty when they had to replace Robin "Ropz" Kool during the last season, after the Estonian Lurker moved to Vitality. Jonathan "elige" Jablonowski is the name FAZE chose to replace the star left, bringing American stars who have repeatedly reached the Top 20 HLTV to Europe in the hope of winning big titles.

Although having difficulties in the first time of integration is inevitable, especially when Elige has to move the continent and does not take on the role similar to ROPZ, FaZe still shows a low -convincing form since he was in the squad. They did not show any significant improvement during the past years.

To improve his achievement, Faze decided to put Awper Broky on the bench. Despite being honored as the 8th excellent player of 2024 according to HLTV, this title mainly comes from excellent performance in the first half of the year. Broky's performance has decreased significantly since the second half of 2024 and continued to go down in 2025, when he only reached approximately 1.00 ratings in most recent tournaments.

Broky's being taken to the bench marked the end for a long journey with Faze, where he started as Rifler in 2019, before switching to AWP and became part of the team's most successful period. He and Faze won the championship PGL Major Antwerp and came second in the most recent two Major - PGL Major Copenhagen and Perfect World Shanghai Major.

In total, Broky won nine great titles with Faze, with 2022 at the peak period when they won PGL Major Antwerp and completed a double Katowice-Cologne. He also contributed to help Faze achieve the title of Intel Grand Slam, and received many personal titles including four times in the top 20 HLTV and three MVP titles.

With this change, FaZe's current squad is:

• Finn "karrigan" Andersen
• Håvard "rain" nygaard
• Jonathan "elige" Jablonowski
• David "frozen" čerňansk
• Filip "neo" Kubski (coach)
• Helvijs "BroKy" afterkants (preparatory)
