Based on the group stage results, the first pairs were set: Team Spirit will meet Team Liquid, while Betboom Team confronts Aurora Gaming. These two matches will launch the playoff round on May 7, according to the BO3 format (3 win 2).

Winning teams will continue to encounter two representatives from Group A - Parivision and Xtreme Gaming. These matches will take place on May 8, starting from the second round. In the upper branch of the diagram, the first two teams on the first day of competition, Tidebound and Gamin Gladiators, won the quarterfinals. Meanwhile, Team Falcons and Tundra Esports will start the journey from the semi -finals, scheduled to compete on May 10.
