The overwhelming victories on Dust2 and Inferno paved the way for Navi's victory, after they surprised the ban.

Natus Vincere won tickets to the playoffs of Blast Open Lisbon after a dramatic match on Mirage against The Mongolz in the semi -final of the B. Branch B.

The two teams had one-sided victories on Dust2 and Inferno, with Inferno witnessing Valeriy "b1t" Vakhovskiy underwent the worst map of the career (Rating 0.17), before Natus Vincere came back from the ratios of 0-5, 7-11 and 9-12 to win on Mirage in extra time.

The Mongolz will confront Liquid in the semi -finals of the loss and then have to defeat the winning team in the G2 vs M80 pair to win tickets to the Playoffs, while Natus Vincere will encounter Eternal Fire to determine the team to go straight to the semi -finals.

Navi won an important victory towards Blast.tv Austin Major with a temporary dance to 5th rank

The Mongolz is ranked fourth on Valve's global rankings, making this match extremely important for Natus Vincere.

The team of 2024 could no longer retain the championship candidate in the first three months of 2025 and have dropped to 8th global rank, and ranked 7th in Europe.

This caused them to fall below the threshold that was invited directly to the Stage 3 of Blast.tv Austin Major and was at risk of playing from Stage 2, but the 53 -point jump after this victory has brought them to 5th global class, almost certainly gaining the capacity into Stage 3.

B1AD3 surprised the ban

This is the third time this year the two teams confronted, with Natus Vincere won at Iem Katowice (March 13, 13-9) and The Mongolz revenge eight days ago in the quarterfinals of the ESL Pro League Season 21 (June 13, 13-6). Both matches started on Mirage chosen by Navi, then Ancient, with Nuke and Dust2 were overlooked because the match ended after only two maps.

This time, Natus Vincere was surprised when banned Ancient - their second strongest map - and selected Dust2 to start.

Garidmagnai "blitz" Byambasuren admitted in an interview before the match that this surprised his team, and that was also shown on the server.

Natus Vincere destroyed The Mongolz with the T-side 10-2, recorded the 4-0 opening score in the double-handed phase and witnessed many Multi-kill situations from Ihor "w0nderful" Zhdanov helped the team started strongly, before B1T and Justinas "jl" Lekavicius captured the match in the second half of the match.

Mihai "im" Ivan has a beautiful Triple Kill with USP-S in the second Pistol Round before The Mongolz won the Round Force-Buy, winning some more rounds to heat up before Navi closed the map.

The full reversal on Inferno when Sodbayar "techno" Mundhbold dominates the Banana and Navi areas constantly making mistakes, including the end of the time in the first gun battle and forgot to pick up bombs that have captured Bombsite A Hai Round later.

At one point, it seemed that The Mongolz would win 13-0 before Navi finally won a Round in Round 11, but that did not stop The Mongolz from coming to victory.

USUKHBAYAR "910" Banzragch is extremely powerful with the first year of Round.

Aleksi's Multi-Kill situations "alesib" Virolainen and JL helped Natus Vincere equalized in the first half, but their Pistol Round victory was immediately ruined when The Mongolz won Force-Buy and rose to 11-7 after a full-phase of Minkhbold's "senzu" Azbayar.

An excellent Triple Kill from JL started the effort to come back from Natus Vincere, and the Lithuanian player had an important situation in Round 24 to pull the match into extra time from the score of 9-12. B1T then recorded a quad-kill phase right for the first round of extra time to bring his team to the lead.

A situation from Flank from Ayush "mzinho" Batbold almost brought the victory to The Mongolz, but he came too late in that room. However, it was Techno who would have to be tormented, when his early moving steps at 13-13 score accidentally revealed his position in a Flank phase that would seem to bring Round to the decisive match, allowing Natus Vincere to gain control of the match and the series.
