The Danish gunman is now a free player after more than a year of bench.

K0nfig has not played since February 2024

Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP) has just announced the breakup of Kristian "⁠k0nfig⁠" Wienecke, officially closing the cooperation relationship starting in early 2023.

The Danish gunman played for more than a year in the main squad of Ninjas in Pyjamas and most notably attended Blast.tv Paris Major 2023, where he and his teammates were only one way away from the playoffs round.

K0nfig's journey with NIP ended in February 2024, after the team could not surpass PGL Major Copenhagen Europe RMR A. They were eliminated in the final position and for the first time since 2018, NIP could not win the Major.

As revealed by coach Allan "⁠rejin⁠" Petersen, K0nfig came close to joining TSM in the summer of 2024 with Benjamin "⁠blamef⁠" Bremer. However, this deal was broken by BlameF to Fnatic, causing K0NFIG to continue to fall into a state of no team.
