HEROIC makes big changes to its 2025 Dota 2 roster with the addition of Yuma and Wisper.

The famous South American Dota 2 organization, HEROIC, has just officially announced its new roster for the 2025 season, including two new members, Adrian "Wisper" Cespedes Dobles and Yuma "Yuma" Langlet. These two players will replace the positions of Cedric “Davai Lama” Deckmyn and David Nicho “Parker” Flores.

Farewell to Davai Lama
As we enter 2025, HEROIC welcomes the new year with a series of exciting announcements. The team confirmed that 4nalog, Scofield and KJ will continue to accompany HEROIC, but they have to say goodbye to offlaner Davai Lama.

“Thank you and goodbye, [Davai Lama]. As Cedric's contract expires, both sides are ready to take on new challenges ahead,” HEROIC shared in a statement.

Before Davai Lama left, the team faced some internal issues with carry player Parker, leading to his controversial departure. With two vacant spots on the roster, HEROIC has officially introduced its new replacements.

Yuma and Wisper join HEROIC
Rising carry player, Yuma, has officially joined HEROIC. After playing for many notable teams in different regions, he may find his breakthrough with this South American team. The 23-year-old player most recently played for Nouns Esports, who disbanded their Dota 2 roster and left the Dota 2 scene last November.

HEROIC also announced Wisper as the team's new offlaner, marking his return to South America after more than a year with OG. Wisper was a mainstay in the region before moving to Europe to join OG in November 2023. After more than a year with the two-time TI champion team, Wisper decided to return to his hometown to continue his career. career.
“Earlier this month, Wisper contacted and asked to be withdrawn from the main squad, citing health and personal reasons. He chose to return to South America to be closer to his relatives and reconnect with his homeland,” OG said in the official announcement of Wisper's passing.
