eSports organization Heroic has announced the transfer of David “Parker” Flores to the reserve list. The reason given was the team's defeat in the decisive match of the ESL One Bangkok 2024 qualifiers, and the organization blamed this player.

The announcement was posted on the club's official page on platform X:

“Today, we decided to move Parker to the reserve list. This decision was made following an incident in the South American qualifying final, where due to a disagreement over tactics, Parker showed a lack of will to win. This is not consistent with the professional standards that Heroic upholds.”

Heroic representatives acknowledged the talent of David “Parker” Flores, but emphasized that the team could not accept his behavior due to previously accumulated negative experiences. In addition, Heroic said that Parker's position will be taken by Yuma "Yuma" Langlet at the BLAST Slam tournament, and is ready to discuss the transfer of this player with any interested team.

“We recognize Parker's outstanding talent and contributions to the team, but a repeated pattern of unprofessional conduct, including but not limited to past incidents, cannot be tolerated.
We are ready to discuss a transfer of Parker if any team is interested. At BLAST Slam, Yuma will compete instead.”

Notably, with the presence of David "Parker" Flores in the carry position, the team won the PGL Wallachia Season 2 tournament.

Previously, David "Parker" Flores also shared the biggest difficulties he encountered in his career as a professional Dota 2 player.
