The use of chat excessively or unnecessarily in addition to these situations is not encouraged.

It is also noted that the encouraged players only use the common chat frame for appropriate messages, such as good luck or thanks to the opponent for playing. In the new law, it also states that if there is an unnecessary message on a regular basis - which can be understood here as Trashtalk - it may be sanctioned under the decision of the Organizing Committee.
