The eight best teams continued the journey when Honor of Kings Invitational Season 3 entered the knockout round.

The group stage of Honor of Kings Invitational Season 3 officially closed with four eliminated teams, while the other eight teams won tickets to go on. 

Alpha7 Esports, Rough World Era, Kagendra and Gen.G Esports were eliminated after ranking at the end of their group. Two leading teams from four groups won the right to qualify, with the rule of not seeing the team again in the first match.

The Honor of Kings Invitational Season 3 qualifier will play in the form of a single type of single branch, which means that each defeat will mean eliminating. All matches will be played according to the Best-of Best (Best-of-seven), with the seventh game that will apply the Ultimate Battle system.

Similar to the group stage, the knockout round will also use the global banned system, limiting the number of generals that each team can use in each match.
