For player Ly Vuong Thuyen (the name of the competition is SGP Yiwei)

    Acts of violations: Buying and selling accounts and items in the game, violating Article 10.10.7 of the Prize Charter
    Violation period: From September 15, 2023 to September 30, 2023
    Penalty: 
        Fine of 10,000,000 VND, this amount will be deducted from the prize money of the 2025 Spring Tour.
        No form of suspension will apply.
