The closed qualifiers of PGL Wallachia Season 3 started on January 12 in all regions. Teams will compete for 8 spots to participate in the main round. In this article, we will update the results of the first day of competition.

Eastern Europe

The day opened with a match between Virtus.pro and NAVI Junior, where the junior team won 2:1. Next was the 1win Team match against BanyaPivoSamogon, in which BanyaPivoSamogon won 2:1, creating a big surprise on the first day. The match between L1GA Team and Quantum Team took place without any surprises, ending with a 2:0 victory for L1GA Team. The last match of the day was NAVI against One Move, NAVI crushed the opponent with a score of 2:0. Notably, to win BO3, NAVI only took 24 minutes in a match.

Southeast Asia

The qualifiers started with a match between Ascent Esports and Young Blood, which ended with a score of 0:2. Next up is The MongolZ facing InterActive Philippines. After a tense 56-minute match on the third map, InterActive Philippines won 2:1. The match between Talon Esports and Execration ended with a 2:1 victory for Talon. The last match of the day was BOOM Esports against Yangon Galacticos, BOOM Esports won overwhelmingly 2:0.

Western Europe

The first match of the qualifiers was between MOUZ and Chimera Esports, which ended 2:1 in favor of Chimera. The second match was Nigma Galaxy against Jigglin, Miracle's team won easily 2:0. In the evening, the third match started with AVULUS facing Team Türkiye, AVULUS won 2:0. The last match of the day was OG against Zero Tenacity, OG continued their third consecutive losing streak with a score of 0:2.

China

In China, only two matches took place due to the small number of teams participating in the qualifying round. The first match was Yakult's Brothers against Spiky Gaming, Yakult's Brothers easily won 2:0. The second and last match of the day was Team Tidebound against Titan, Team Tidebound won 2:0.

South America

The match day started with a match between FUSION and Blade Breakers, which ended with a 2:1 victory for FUSION. Next, M80 faced Infamous Gaming, M80 won 2:0. The third match between Hokori and lf tourneys ended with a score of 0:2. The final match of the first round is still taking place between Looking for Org and Perro Negro.

North America

Currently, matches are still ongoing, so we only update completed matches. The first match of the day was Yoru Ryodan against saadboys, ending with a score of 0:2. The second match between Wildcard and Marpic Esports is now starting.

PGL Wallachia Season 3 will take place from March 8 to 16 with a total prize pool of up to 1,000,000 USD.
