The 5th edition of Dota 2 CCT Series 5 will feature 12 teams, competing for a prize pool of $50,000.

Dota 2 Champion of Champions Tour (CCT) Series 5, organized by Gam3rs_x and GRID, is scheduled to kick off on Saturday, November 16. The tournament brings together 12 teams from across Europe, competing for division. Bonus fund worth 50,000 USD. This is the 5th edition of the Dota 2 CCT Series, which started in June this year.

Participating teams

Dota 2 CCT Series 5 will have a total of 12 participating teams, divided into two groups: Playoff Round seeded teams and Group Stage seeded teams.

• Playoff Seeds:
o AVULUS (Series 1 and 3 champion).
o 1win Team.
• Group Stage Seeds:
o Dragon Esports Club (Series 4 champion).
o L1GA TEAM (Series 2 champions).
o MOUZ, Natus Vincere Junior, DMS, Passion UA, Nemiga Gaming, Palianytsia, One Move, and Zero Tenacity.

Competition format

Dota 2 CCT Series 5 will be held online from November 16 to 25, divided into 2 phases:

• Group Stage (November 16–20):

o The 10 seeded teams in the Group Stage including Dragon Esports Club, L1GA TEAM, MOUZ, Natus Vincere Junior, DMS, Passion UA, Nemiga Gaming, Paliantysia, One Move, and Zero Tenacity are divided into 2 groups, each group has 5 teams.
o Teams compete in a round-robin format, with Bo3 (Best-of-Three) matches.
o The top 3 teams in each group will advance to the Playoff Round, while the bottom 2 teams will be eliminated.

• Playoffs (November 21–25):

o AVULUS and 1win Team receive direct tickets to the Playoff Round.
o Teams that pass the Group Stage will participate in the Playoff Round with a winner-loser format.
o All matches will be Bo3, but the Grand Final will be Bo5 (Best-of-Five).
Total prize value

Dota 2 CCT Series 5 continues to maintain the prize level of 50,000 USD, with the largest reward of 30,000 USD for the champion. Prize details are as follows:

• 1st: 30,000 USD
• 2nd: 10,000 USD
• 3rd: 7,500 USD
• 4th: 2,500 USD
