On his live broadcast channel, Kim "Doinb" Tae-sang shared that he will return to professional competition. In particular, Doinb also emphasized that he will play as a player, not a coach.
Doinb is a Korean professional player but has played in China for many years. This player was even crowned world champion in the 2019 season with FunPlus Phoenix.  However, Doinb previously retired from competition until the 2023 and 2024 seasons after leaving LNG Esports at the end of 2022.
Recently, Doinb suddenly announced that he would return to professional competition. The Korean player said: "I will do a personal photo shoot tomorrow. Which team? Let's wait for the official announcement. As a support coach? No, as a player."

Fans have even guessed that Doinb's next stop will be Ninjas in Pajamas (NiP). Accordingly, a Chinese fan met Doinb at Shenzhen airport today. Shenzhen is also NiP's home stadium and this team's top laner, Shanji, also appeared to welcome this mid lane.

Currently, NiP has completed the lineup with the mid laner being a player born in 2003. Doinb's joining will help increase the strength of this team when from next year, the tournament will apply Fearless Draft and having Doinb, One person can use many types of champions, which will make NiP's picks/bans very unpredictable.
