Facing Dplus KIA (DK) in the first match of the 2-0 bracket, LNG Esports quickly won with a score of 2-0. Accordingly, LNG is the first team to enter the quarterfinals of the 2024 World Finals with a 3-0 winning record.

Entering the first game, DK was on the blue team and chose the main duo Smolder - Ziggs and Olaf in the top lane. Meanwhile, LNG prioritizes general combat with the top trio of Renekton - Vi - Sylas. In the early stages, LNG was the leading team even though it only created a difference of about 600 money. However, in the middle of the game, LNG began to take the lead as the carries all gained a lot of kills.

At 22 minutes, LNG won the fight in the mid lane and took down 3 people, thereby winning Baron. Taking advantage of the buff, LNG began to control the game and increased the difference to 8,000 money. At minute 31, LNG continued to use vision advantage to win the second Baron. After that, LNG slowly entered DK's main house before catching the Elder Dragon, creating a clean sweep and ending the game, taking a 1-0 lead. 

In game 2, DK still chose the blue side and this time used the strong attacking duo Vi - Ahri, while LNG prioritized individual fights with the extremely strong duo Camille - Galio. This time DK showed better laning ability, but LNG was still the team in the lead as they continuously attacked Kingen. After that, LNG continuously gained kills but DK still tried to keep the game thanks to two early towers. 

At minute 24, LNG won the Earth Dragon's soul, but DK won the fight and defeated 4 people with the Baron buff. However, in the 32nd minute, LNG won the fight and took the Elder Dragon. After that, LNG gained Baron and slowly entered DK's main house and won, setting the score 2-0.
