Kiritych outlined the real reason for Virtus.pro's demise

Ilya "Kiritych" Ulyanov, who plays the carry position for eSports team Virtus.pro, stated that the reason their team failed and disbanded was because some team members showed selfishness, which led to the team's disbandment.
Here's what he mentioned:
"In other words, we have individuals on the team who are very selfish, do not want to change or take responsibility in the tournament, and do not want to help their teammates. Therefore, a negative atmosphere has formed, When the team started losing their first matches, the members gradually quieted down and the game became a disaster."
He also said that not accepting the big mistakes his teammates made during the match was a serious mistake that caused his overall performance to decline.
"You know, when we lost, I started trying to make up for my teammates, and this made my performance worse. During that period, I didn't have enough motivation, enough spirit. I should have just focused on overcoming my teammates' shortcomings; I should have done whatever Dota allowed me to do."
However, he also confirmed that things will change for the better this year and announced that the team will have a change, while emphasizing that the current squad will not stay the same forever.
