The harsh training schedule is the most important cause of Faker's persistent injuries

Faker's injury probably also partly stemmed from his training schedule, making even his juniors shake their heads.

Faker's training schedule makes his juniors "scared" too.

To be able to maintain high performance even at an age that can be considered "the other side of the career slope", of course Faker has to practice a lot. However, recently, Faker's junior colleagues on the VALORANT team revealed the "Demon King's" training schedule, surprising many people.

Faker's harsh training schedule was revealed by his "family members".

Accordingly, T1 VALORANT team members said that Faker practices up to 14 hours a day. Of these, 6 hours will be scrim sessions with the whole team. And the remaining total time is used by Faker to practice on his own. "I think I practice about 10 hours a day which is a lot, but he practices up to 14 hours a day," shared Xccurate - a member of T1 VALORANT team.

Xccurate thought he practiced 10 hours/day a lot, but looking at Faker, he was even more panicked when the senior practiced up to 14 hours/day.

It can be said that, if we subtract 14 hours a day for League of Legends, Faker has about 10 hours left to eat (3 meals a day) and rest. Thus, even when doing everything in the shortest possible time, the rest time for Faker and his own hands is extremely limited.

The harsh training schedule helps Faker maintain peak performance but also makes it difficult for his injury to get better

The intense training intensity can cause Faker's injury to not improve

With his hands seriously damaged after a long period of professional combat, Faker did not have enough time to rest. This can be considered an important reason that contributed to his hand not being able to recover like a normal person. However, we can sympathize with Faker because up to now, he is still able to compete partly thanks to these harsh training schedules.

But anyway, at the present time, Faker has won all the glory or influence, the highest greatness that a League of Legends player can dream of. And perhaps, Faker also needs to recalculate his work schedule soon, especially when the audience does not want his injury to aggravate during important stages of the season.
