The duo will join Sangal and fnatic in the top 4.

Team UNPAID has passed the group stage

Day three of RES Regional Champions 2024 ended with UNPAID and Nemiga securing the final spots in the play-offs following wins over PARIVISION and Fluxo.

Both teams will now join Sangal and fnatic in the semi-finals. The semi-finals and final will take place on Saturday, with a knockout stage.

The first match of the day was between Nemiga and Fluxo, where Ivan "zweih" Gogin helped the predominantly Russian squad to an opening win on the Mirage map. Fluxo then responded with a 13-10 win on Ancient but couldn't complete the comeback on Inferno.

The Brazilians suffered an extra-time defeat, which saw them eliminated from the group stage in Andrei "arT" Piovezan's first LAN event since leaving FURIA, while the win sent Nemiga into the semi-finals vs fnatic.

The second decisive match is the confrontation between PARIVISION and UNPAID. Aleksandar "kassad" Trifunović's team pulled out a close 16-14 win on Mirage before finishing the match on Anubis with a 13-10 victory.

Team UNPAID, who recently parted ways with BLEED due to delays in salary payments, bootcamp expenses, player buybacks and bonuses, qualified for the semi-finals despite participating with a temporary roster, and will now face Sangal.

On the other side, PARIVISION will be very disappointed with the defeat in the group stage. The Russian team are yet to reach the play-off round of a LAN event after previously being eliminated early at Skyesports Championship 2024, and losses to fnatic and UNPAID are not ideal preparations ahead of the Perfect World campaign Their upcoming Shanghai Major RMR.
