FPX has confirmed the return of the "Milkyway" Zijun in the main squad, who will once again take on the role of a jungle for the team.

Milkyway used to play for FPX throughout 2024 and early 2025. Under his guidance, the team ranked 5–6 in the spring season LPL 2024, in the summer play-off round, and also played at the Demacia Cup. The final result of Milkyway with the team was the 15th place in the LPL 2025 spring season, then he left the main squad and FPX started restructuring.

The FPX squad has been significantly updated: joining the team with gunner Jiaqi, supporting Jwei and Hanghang, as well as the rookie Iyy. However, after a few unstable performances at LPL Summer, the Board of Directors decided to bring Milkyway experienced back to the squad, assigning him to the forest role in the starting lineup. The way this squad shows will be known in the next few weeks.
