Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naydenov, captain of Team Spirit, has just announced that he will suspend the competition after The International 2025 ends. He said he had planned to do this last year, but could not be done.
Dota World Champion 2 twice shared this in an interview after the match at Riyadh Masters 2025:
"I wanted to rest after, but I knew that some other players were going to rest at that time. At that time, I felt that if I left, I would not know who stayed to play."

He recalled that he had intended to take a break after Ti13, but at that time there were too many teammates on vacation, and he did not want to disintegrate the squad. Currently, Miposhka said he would almost certainly rest for a short time because he felt tired accumulation.
"Until now, it is a bit tired. I think this time the possibility of me stay for at least 99%."

MiPoshka did not specify how long he would rest, but it was likely that the champion's holiday would last a few months after The International 2025. In addition, he has not revealed anyone will replace himself in the Team Spirit squad in the absence.
