According to information from Sheep Esports, the BDS team has reached an agreement with SK Gaming about recruiting Mehdi junglers "Boukada" Lahlou with a transfer fee of about 200,000 euros. After breaking up with Doğukan "113" Balcı, the team from Switzerland considered Boukada as a top target and now put him in the squad with a contract lasting until the end of 2026.

Why is the deal so expensive?
Although Boukada has only one season in the contract with SK Gaming, the negotiation process lasts for weeks. Initially, the two parties only discussed the fee of less than 100,000 euros, but did not reach an agreement. There was even a time when the negotiation was broken last week and SK started signing a contract with new single players without taking into account Boukada.

However, after confirming the recruitment of DNDN and Abbedagge, the two sides returned to the negotiation table and reached an agreement on Wednesday, with a contract release fee of nearly 200,000 euros. Boukada himself expressed his desire to join BDS, making the deal even more surprised.

Other candidates have been considered
BDS tested Boukada from the beginning of the transfer period. In addition to the UK, the list of candidates also has Marcin "Jankos" Jankowski and the jungle player of BK Rog Esports - Enes "Rhilech" Ucan. However, Rhilech could not join due to Visa problem in Germany, which also affects many players from Türkiye.

With Boukada, the BDS team has completed the re -set of the squad before the summer. Meanwhile, SK Gaming still needs to urgently find new junglers without deviating the initial transfer strategy.
