ex-Nouns transitions to Moneyball, adds Swedish talent in team rebuild
DOTA205-05 23:22

After losing organizational backing from the Nouns DAO and narrowly missing the Austin Major, the ex-Nouns CS2 roster has officially rebranded as Moneyball—a new project blending NA experience with fresh European blood.

🔁 From Nouns to Moneyball: What Happened?
The Nouns DAO rejected two funding proposals for the team, leading to the exit of:

🇺🇸 William "RUSH" Wierzba

🇺🇸 Eric "adreN" Hoag (coach)

Star fragger 🇺🇸 Jaxon "Peeping" Cornwell (1.25 rating in 2025) is heading to Europe post-Austin Major.

Left without key veterans or funding, the remaining core built a new five-man lineup under a fresh banner.
