Maelstorm pointed out a serious problem in the professional DOTA 2 arena, repeating the DPC system

Vladimir "Maelstorm" Kuzminov, commentator Dota 2, said that the schedule was too dense, negatively affecting the player and the preparation of the teams before the tournament. According to him, the previous DPC system was better because of reasonable breaks.
In personal telegram channel, Maelstorm wrote:
“I can understand Tundra and other teams - they are so tired. Honestly, I don't understand why they still play. You can play as usual, but when every day is like a world final round, and every month there is one or two such prizes, it is really easy to exhaust. Again, it turned out that DPC was not as bad as we thought.
He took the example from Tundra Esports and Team Spirit refusing to attend Dreamleague 26, showing the problem of overloading schedule that directly affects the player's performance. Due to lack of time to leave, many players are exhausted, unable to maintain high performance, even play the rules in some tournaments because they are no longer prepared or motivated.
Maelstorm emphasized that the previous DPC system, although there were many criticisms, had a better balance between the competition time and rest, helping the players and the audience not to be realistic by too many continuous tournaments.
Earlier, Tundra Esports also officially explained the reason for not attending Dreamleague Season 26.
