The race to the Honor of Kings Cup (KWC) has officially started with the opening of the regional tournaments of Honor of Kings.

The Honor of Kings detailed regional tournaments, in which some tournaments began today (April 11) and the remaining tournaments will start on April 17 or 18. The exception is Wildcard Kings Series and the Honor of Kings Brazilian championship, which will start on May 16.

The tournaments include:

Indonesia Kings Laga (IKL)

Malaysia Honor of Kings League (MKL)

Philippine Kings League (PKL)

Wildcard Kings Series (WKS)

Major East League (KME)

Major West League (Kmw)

Honor of Kings Brazil (Chokbr)

The strongest teams from each regional tournament will win the right to attend the Honor of Kings Cup (KWC), taking place in July within the framework of the 2025 Esports World Cup in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The teams participating in regional tournaments mostly from the Open Split 3 qualifier - where more than 150,000 global players have registered, according to the press release of Tencent Games. Information about Open Split 4 will be published in the near future.

KWC 2025 will gather 18 best global teams in Riyadh. This will also be the first time the international teams have the opportunity to confront the champion of the King Pro League (KPL) China in the spring.
