The teams of the AOG Vietnam region are facing difficulties at the AIC 2024 tournament.

Team Flash bid farewell to AIC 2024

At the Swiss Stage of AIC 2024, with a newer format, the competition between teams also becomes more fierce. Despite the prosperity and high expectations from the audience, FPT x Flash (Team Flash) still cannot go far in this international playground.

Bringing young names, possessing good personal skills with many situations that make the audience admire such as Bac Troc, Huy Hoang... But Team Flash currently lacks experience in big playgrounds and the harmony between the 5 pieces in the team. 

The 1-3 defeat to ONE Team at the Swiss Stage officially ended Team Flash's journey at AIC 2021 with only 1 win. However, with a young squad, the future of this team is still worth waiting for fans to wait for. 

Even though they had a pretty good football season, the Team Flash boys haven't created a big surprise at AIC 2024.

Along with Team Flash, TDT is also another team from the Vietnamese region that has to say goodbye to the international playground AIC 2024. They lost to Super HEAVY team with a score of 2-3 in the "DTDV derby" and conceded. the ticket to continue on to the 2-2 match. 

The Vietnamese Coalition teams are facing the "death door" of AIC 2024

After two teams, Team Flash and TDT, left AIC 2024, the door for Lien Quan teams to continue on to the Quarterfinals is also very narrow. Accordingly, both Saigon Phantom (SGP) and One Star (1S) failed with the same score of 1-2 against opponents from other regions. Super HEAVY (SH), despite having the closest victory, is still in the series 2-2. 

Thus, all three teams must win to continue and if they lose, they will immediately follow Team Flash and leave the tournament. 

Saigon Phantom is also not in good form at AIC 2024

Regarding this survival series, Saigon Phantom will face Super HEAVY to win tickets to continue. Meanwhile, One Star encountered an extremely seasoned opponent in the AIC arena, ONE Team from GCS. 

The best result is that there will be 2 Lien Quan Mobile Vietnam teams advancing to the Quarterfinals. Meanwhile, the Thai RPL region is showing formidable strength with 4 teams reaching the Quarterfinals and 1 representative, Hydra Esports, competing for the final ticket. 

In this context, despite playing at home, the performance of Lien Quan Mobile Vietnam teams is not too convincing. In the upcoming 2-2 series, Saigon Phantom, One Star and Super HEAVY need to do their best and continue to maintain high performance if they do not want AIC 2024 to become the most forgettable tournament at home.
