BetBoom stopped at RMR after the breathtaking decision against GamerLegion.

FL4MUS shouted with excitement when winning the ticket to the first Major of his career.

GamerLegion secured the final spot to the Perfect World Shanghai Major in the first European RMR group after defeating BetBoom in the seventh place match 2-1.

The victory over the Russian representative means that GamerLegion completed the journey to come back from an 0-2 start at RMR, adding to a series of narrow victories against UNiTY, Falcons, and SINNERS to qualify for the Opening Stage.

This youthful roster will bring four rookies to the Major, including Timur "FL4MUS" Marev, Henrich "sl3nd" Hevesi, Sebastian "Tauson" Tauson Lindelof and Erik "ztr" Gustafsson, Minh testament to the organization's excellent recruiting capabilities.

"This means everything to me, this is my life, and I've given everything to it. Attending my first Major is truly everything," ztr said on air. Official broadcast after the match. "The crazy unity we had, that energy... from 0-2 we changed our mindset and mentality, that got us through."

For BetBoom, this defeat marks a bitter end to their hopes of attending the Major, as well as another unfortunate missed appointment with Vladislav "nafany" Gorshkov. This captain was just one win away from attending the PGL Major Copenhagen with BetBoom earlier this year and the BLAST.tv Paris Major with Cloud9 last year.

BetBoom stole the Ancient to start the decisive series, as GamerLegion lost an 11-5 advantage due to a series of clutches and decided to play too aggressively on the CT side.

GamerLegion regained form on Nuke with an overwhelming performance before entering a tense battle on Mirage.

The two teams appeared to be evenly matched in the deciding map, as Aleksandr "zorte" Zagodyrenko scored 19 kills in the first half, but even this AWPer's effort was not enough. FL4MUS's relentless attacks helped GamerLegion win the final two important rounds on Mirage, tilting the balance of victory in their favor.
