1. The content of this Agreement comprises the primary terms set forth herein, together with all policies, rules, statements, notifications, warnings, guidelines, and privacy advisories, whether currently published or to be published in the future. The aforementioned provisions shall constitute an integral and indivisible part of this Agreement, and shall have the same binding legal force and effect as the provisions set forth in the primary text of this Agreement.
2. This application reserves the right to formulate and modify this Agreement and any related rules as needed from time to time, if applicable. Any updated Agreement and rules shall be periodically revised and made publicly available on the website and mobile application. Should you disagree with any relevant changes, you are advised to immediately cease using the VSGG services; continued use of VSGG services or engagement in any activities on the website shall be deemed as your acceptance thereof.

1. You confirm that upon completing the registration process or actually using the services in any other manner permitted by VSGG, you are a natural person, legal entity, or other organisation possessing full legal capacity and any other equivalent necessary capacity corresponding thereto you engage in. If you do not possess the requisite qualifications, please refrain from using the services. Otherwise, you and your legal guardian shall bear full responsibility for all consequences, and VSGG reserves the right to deactivate (permanently freeze) your account and seek compensation from both you and your legal guardian.
2. You may use the mobile phone number you provided or verified, or any other methods approved by VSGG, to register an account. When registering, you must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including identity details and other related information. You understand and agree that the account name, profile picture, user profile, and other information provided during registration must not contain any illegal or harmful content, you must not impersonate others, register on behalf of others without proper authorisation, or create an account in a way that could mislead other users. When setting up a VSGG account, you may not use a username that infringes on the rights of others (including but not limited to suspected violations of trademark rights, reputation rights, etc.). Otherwise, VSGG reserves the right to refuse registration or discontinue services, and may reclaim the account. You shall be responsible for any resulting losses.
3. After successful registration, VSGG shall verify your identity and permit login based on your identification factors. Identification factors include but are not limited to your account name, password, SMS verification code, mobile phone number, and ID number. You agree that VSGG may use various verification methods to identify you, depending on your device and usage habits.
4. You understand and agree that if you do not log into your VSGG account for more than 12 consecutive months after registration, VSGG reserves the right to reclaim the account for purposes of management optimization and other objectives.
5. If you log out of VSGG or cease using the services, VSGG reserves the right to independently manage the content and information associated with your account, including but not limited to deleting such content, without any liability to you.

4.1 Uploading, transmitting, or sharing information that contains any of the following content:
(a) Opposing the fundamental principles enshrined in applicable laws;
(b) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(c) Damaging the reputation or interests of the state;
(d) nciting ethnic hatred or racial discrimination, or undermining national unity
(e) Undermining state's religious policies, promoting cults, or advocating feudal superstitions;
(f) Spreading rumors, disturbing public order, or undermining social stability;
(g) Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, homicidal, terrorist content, or inciting criminal acts;
(h) Defaming or slandering others, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(i) Containing false, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, privacy-invasive, harassing, violating, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or morally offensive content; (j) Containing any other content that is restricted or prohibited by applicable laws, regulations, rules, or binding provisions in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
4.2 Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely claiming or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity;
4.3 Forging titles or manipulating identification information to mislead others into believing that the content is transmitted by VSGG or its affiliates;
4.4 Uploading, transmitting, or sharing any content for which you are not entitled to transmit, pursuant to applicable law, contractual obligations, or fiduciary relationships (e.g., proprietary and confidential information acquired as part of employment relationships or under confidentiality agreements);
4.5 Uploading, transmitting, or sharing content that may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others (including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights);
4.6 Stalking or harassing others, or sending unsolicited bulk messages to friends or other users via the service;
4.7 Uploading, transmitting, or sharing any advertising materials, promotional content, junk mails, spams, chain letters, or any other form of solicitation, except in areas designated for such purposes or through designated functionalities;
4.8 Given that this service is not designed for certain critical purposes, you agree not to use the service in high-risk environments such as nuclear facilities, military applications, medical facilities, transportation, or communications. VSGG assumes no liability for personal injury, property damage, environmental damage, or other losses resulting from failures in such critical environments due to the software or service.
4.9 Engaging in any conduct that exceeds the ordinary purpose of facilitating internal or external communication and information exchange between users or friends;
4.10 Engaging in activities that go beyond normal communication or information exchange between users or friends (including but not limited to sending unsolicited advertisements, spam, harassment, or illegal content) by initiating or encouraging others to establish relationships with other users;
4.11 Violating any laws, public interests, legitimate rights of citizens, public order, social morality, or the authenticity of information; 4.12 Engaging in any conduct that violates the laws, regulations, rules, policies, or normative documents of the People's Republic of China.

5.1 Uploading, posting, emailing, or transmitting any information related to software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs intended to interfere with, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
5.2 Interfering with or disrupting the Service, the servers, or the networks connected to the Service, or violating any regulations, procedures, policies, or rules related to the networks connected to the service;
5.3 Modifying, tampering with, or altering the instructions or data in the software's operation, adding, deleting, or altering any functionality or operational effects of the software, or distributing or publicly disseminating software or methods for such purposes, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise;
5.4 Logging into or using the software and services through unauthorized third-party software, plug-ins, add-ons, or systems not developed, authorized, or approved by VSGG, or creating, publishing, and distributing such unauthorized tools;
5.5 Interfering with the software, components, modules, or data, etc., either by yourself or by authorizing others, or using third-party software to do so.

1. VSGG offers an exchange service where virtual items can be traded for physical items or other virtual items. During the exchange process, you are required to provide the recipient's account number and other relevant information. If the account is unreachable due to an error in account information, or if the virtual items have been depleted prior to the exchange, causing the transaction to fail, you shall bear full responsibility, and VSGG will have no liability in such instances.
2. When exchanging virtual items, the principle of – one VSGG account corresponds to one redemption account – must be followed. It is strictly prohibited to exchange from one VSGG account to multiple external accounts or from multiple VSGG accounts to a single external account. Any confirmed violation of this rule will be deemed illegal, and the account(s) involved shall be banned.

1. If you make any commitments to VSGG or its affiliates, and it is confirmed by the relevant company that you have violated said commitments, VSGG reserves the right to immediately impose restrictions on your account as agreed upon in the commitment, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the provision of services to you, and publicly disclosing the violation of the commitment as confirmed by the relevant company. You understand and agree that VSGG is not required to verify the facts of the breach with you before confirming the violation, nor is it required to obtain your separate consent. Furthermore, VSGG bears no liability to you for any restrictive measures or public disclosures undertaken.
2. If you breach this agreement or any other agreements entered into with this application, VSGG reserves the right to notify its affiliates by any means and request that they impose restrictions on your rights and interests, including but not limited to requesting affiliated companies to suspend or terminate the provision of some or all services to you and publicly announce your breach of contract on any platform managed or effectively controlled by the company.

3.1 Users violate the registration obligations set out under User Terms - Account Registration and Management;
3.2 Users fail to pay the required service fees for paid network services;
3.3 Users breach the User Terms - Service Usage Parameters.

1. The VSGG account you register is password-protected to ensure the security of your basic information. Please ensure to protect your account and password appropriately.
2. This application endeavors to employs various reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial security measures to protect your information, ensuring that your data and communications stored on VSGG are not leaked, damaged, or lost. Such measures include, but are not limited to, SSL encryption, encrypted information storage, and data center access controls.
3. You are advised to secure your device, account number, and password, as well as safeguarding related information and content. You bear full responsibility for any data loss, theft, deletion, or failure to store relevant data within this software and service due to your own actions.

You acknowledge and agree that, unless otherwise specified by this application, all products, technology, software, programs, data, and other information (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and other materials) and all associated intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, etc.) and rights related to graphics, colors, layouts, electronic documents, and other media are owned by VSGG or its affiliates.
2. You warrant that, unless you have obtained written permission from VSGG, you shall not (and shall not permit any third party to) exercise the aforementioned rights, including but not limited to leasing, lending, selling, distributing, copying, modifying, reprinting, translating, publishing, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code.
3. The logos, graphics, and their combinations, as well as the service names of VSGG, etc., are registered trademarks of this application and its affiliates in various jurisdictions. Without written permission from this application, no person may display, use, or handle such trademarks in any manner (including but not limited to reproducing, distributing, displaying, mirroring, uploading, or downloading them). You are also prohibited from implying or claiming that you possess the right to display, use, or process such trademarks.
4. The intellectual property rights of all products, services, and technologies of VSGG, as well as all applications or components/functions/names thereof (hereinafter referred to as "technical services"), belong to VSGG or the rightful owners of those rights.
5. You acknowledge and agree to permit VSGG to use your name, trademarks, and logos for promotional and advertising purposes, solely to indicate that you are a customer or partner of VSGG.

4.1 Your use or inability to use the service;
4.2 Costs incurred from purchasing or acquiring any products, samples, data, information, or conducting transactions through the service or related alternatives;
4.3 Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;
4.4 Statements or actions by third parties through the service;
4.5 Damages arising from other events related to the service, including negligence.

1. If VSGG discovers or receives reports from others indicating that you have breached this agreement, this application reserves the right to delete and block the relevant content at any time without notice. It may also take measures including, but not limited to, restricting, suspending, or terminating your account and use of VSGG services, limiting or suspending your use of any or all of the services (including but not limited to disbanding group affiliations, removing contact information, restricting the addition of members, limiting message sending or friend requests, etc.), pursuing legal remedies and/or other remedial measures.
2. You agree that if any third party lodges a claim or complaint against VSGG or its affiliates due to the information you upload, transmit, or share via the service, or due to your use of the service’s functionalities or violation of this agreement, you shall fully indemnify VSGG and its affiliates for any such claims, demands, or losses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees).

1. Any notification sent to you by VSGG may be transmitted via email, public announcements on the website, private network notifications, SMS messages, or ordinary mail. Such notifications shall be considered delivered to you within seven (7) days of sending and deemed effective upon delivery.
2. You agree that any notification you send to VSGG must be directed to the officially published online or offline contact information, mailing addresses, or email addresses as communicated by VSGG, or through other methods of notice recognized by VSGG.

1. Should any provision of this agreement be deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision may be severed, and the remainings shall continue to be in full legal effect.
2. Any waiver of rights stipulated in this Agreement due to user’s fault or breach of contract shall not be considered a waiver of subsequent or similar breaches by such user.
3. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written, between the parties regarding any matter covered hereunder.
4. You acknowledge and agree that VSGG reserves the right to independently determine its business strategy and may transfer all rights and obligations under this Agreement to its affiliates based on adjustments in its business operations. The transfer will be communicated in accordance with the notice provisions of this agreement, and the user agrees not to object to such a transfer.
