Rostislav "Rostislav_999" Protasenya said Sebastian "Ceb" Debs has shared with him an internal information that Compendium 2025 will not be released.

He revealed this in a stream on Twitch:

"I talked to Ceb, he said he wouldn't have Compendium."

According to Rostislav_999, he talked directly to the former OG captain, and Ceb confirmed that there was no need to wait for Compendium 2025 because it would not happen. However, many people in the DOTA 2 community receive this information with skepticism. Some argue that it is difficult to know where the CEB gets this information, while others mention the abnormal activities on the Valve's test server.

Notably, Dota 2's server has suddenly been updated to six versions in just one weekend, which is extremely rare and is often a sign of preparing for a large update.
