Sangal bought a trio of Russian players from Astrum and inherited the #51 worldwide position on the VRS rankings.

Sangal announced the signing a contract with three Russian players from the Astrum team, including Robert "⁠patsi⁠" Isyanov, Evgeny "⁠norwi⁠" Ermolin and Timur "⁠Clax⁠" Sabirov.

The deal takes only one day after Eternal Fire bought Sangal's old squad of Polish players. With Raul "⁠bllytz⁠" Gligor had previously left the team to join Nexus, Sangal only had a single player in the play team, Awper and former Betboom Danil player "⁠danistzz⁠" Roslyakov.

Patsi, Norwi and Clax played in Astrum in just three months, attended many online tournaments in Europe and achieved the highest ranking #44 in the world on the VRS rankings.

With Sangal recruiting this frame, the Russian team will start at the position of #51 in the world, higher than any rank that Sangal's previous squad has ever achieved.

Although Sangal has not announced the fifth player, the new team will soon launch in the European region of the ESL Pro League Season 22, starting July 14.
