The LEC Organizing Committee has announced that from the 2025 Spring Season, the tournament will not only take place at Riot headquarters in Berlin, Germany. Instead, some matches will be held at the home field of two famous teams: Karmine Corp (France) and Movistar Koi (Spain).

The new initiative called Lec Roadtrip will bring LEC matches to more European countries. As planned, the first event will take place in Spain on April 26-27, hosted by Movistar Koi. Next, Karmine Corp will be held in France on May 10-11.

Mr. Artem Bykov, Member of Lec at Riot Games, shared:

"We always want to bring the best experience to fans. Therefore, Lec Roadtrip is a great opportunity for the community to be able to watch live matches in more places."

In addition, Riot Games also emphasized that Lec Roadtrip is just a test and different from the Lec Roadshow event held in the summer. This is not the first time LEC has been chosen as a place to test the important changes of Riot Games. Previously, the three -seasing model each year was tested at LEC from 2024 and until 2025 officially applied worldwide.
