Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov, the person in charge of Team Spirit, believes that Tundra Esports may have aimed to sign Ilya "Yatoro" Mularchuk instead of Anton "Dyrachyo" Shkredov, because they were very interested in related information to Yatoro's LAN history and contract.

During a livestream on Twitch, Korb3n revealed:
"Zai did a lot at Tundra. He was like a sports director, for example, Zai was the one who contacted us to find information about the players. I think now I can say that , when he asked about those issues, he was actually asking about Yatoro. It felt like 33 had complete control over Tundra's lineup. He asked about Yatoro: When is he coming back? Contract terms out I don't know if Zai really wants Yatoro or not, but he's very curious."

Korb3n explained that he believes Ludwig "Zai" Wåhlberg, before Neta "33" Shapira became involved in the roster, contacted Team Spirit to learn about Yatoro. Zai may have gathered information, but it's unclear whether he really wants to bring the two-time world champion on as a carry player in the new lineup.

However, according to Korb3n, Tundra Esports' interest in Yatoro, his contract, and his possible return are signs that they intend to sign Yatoro instead of Dyrachyo. This may also reflect the difference in team building ideas between Zai and 33. Zai may see Yatoro as a potential carry player, while 33 favors Dyrachyo in this position.

Currently, Tundra Esports has not made any comments related to Korb3n's shares.

Note: Previously, it was confirmed that Yatoro has no intention of leaving Team Spirit, despite his time away from public competition.
