The eight teams crossing the regional qualifying round include: Xtreme Gaming (China), Natus Vincere (Western Europe, formerly Natus Vincere Junior), team Yandex (Eastern Europe), Virtus.pro (crossing the Middle East and West Asia), Execrate (Southeast Asia), Shopify Rebellion (North America), South America (South America).
Tournament format
Dota 2 at EWC is divided into three stages: group stage, knockout round, and playoffs. There will be two days off between the knockout round and the playoffs round.
