Fissure will come to China in the first event of their three tournaments by 2026.

Fissure has just published more details about the Playground 3, expected to take place from April 20 to 26. The notice includes hosting country, prize structure, competition format and qualifying information.

Venue

The tournament will take place in China, with a specific city will be announced later. The tournament has a total prize of up to 1,500,000 USD, of which:

$ 1,000,000 is divided among teams and organized based on the tournament.

$ 500,000 is allocated to loyalty bonuses for teams participating in many Fissure events, and participation bonuses for teams in the top 8 VRS rankings.

Competition format

16 teams attended, divided into two tables (8 teams each).

The group stage in the Winning - Double Elimination (Double Elimination).

The team ranked first in the semi -finals, the second and 3rd teams in the quarterfinals.

The playoffs round will play the knockout elimination, all the bo3 except the Bo5 finals.

Each team will receive a $ 16,667 token for each Fissure event they attend.

To receive bonuses from Token, the team must attend at least 2 of the 3 Fissure events in 2026.

The reward will be paid at the end of the year.

Qualifying and invitation

Of the 16 teams attending:

15 teams will be invited based on the global VRS rankings (version 2/3/2026).

The remaining one is for the team to cross the Asian qualifiers.

Regional qualifying:

2 open qualifiers in China

1 open qualifying round in Oceania

1 open qualifying round in Asia

Top teams from each open qualifying round will enter the closed qualifying round, where they will meet the top 5 teams in Asia under the VRS sub -chart. The team winning the closed qualifying round will win tickets to the main event.
