CCT will punish the player refusing to turn on the camera

The Organizing Committee of the CCT tournament has just updated the new regulations: The refusal of turning on the camera when playing can lead to a bonus or even losing. Previously this regulation existed, but not as strict as the present.
Specifically, all players participating in online matches are required to turn on the camera at least 20 minutes before the game starts. During the break between the games (MAP), the camera may temporarily turn off but not more than 5 minutes.
If 1–2 members do not turn on the camera, the team will be deducted 5% of the bonus. In case 3–4 violators, the fine increased to 15%. If all or almost all the players do not turn on the camera, the team is not only fined but also receives serious discipline warnings.
In the worst situation, the team may be tried to lose techniques if completely refused to turn on the camera - although the camera is only used to ensure fairness and not to broadcast to the public.
