Swiss World Championship 2024 draw results

Thus, VCS champion GAM Esports in group 4 will face FlyQuest in group 1. This is also the lowest rated team in the group of major tournament champions, compared to Hanwha Life Esports, Bilibili Gaming or G2 Esports. Despite being underestimated, GAM still has a chance to create a surprise by only deciding the result with a single match.

In the remaining matches, the most notable match will be the rematch of the Esports World Cup 2024 final between Top Esports and T1. However, with unstable performance from both teams, the outcome of this match will be very difficult to predict. In addition, some other notable matches are GenG facing LPL's No. 4 seed Weibo Gaming and Team Liquid facing LNG Esports.

The Swiss round of Worlds 2024 will take place from October 3-14 in Berlin, Germany. In terms of format, teams will be drawn based on the score, teams with 3 wins will continue, and teams with 3 losses will be eliminated. All matches that decide the ticket to continue or be eliminated are played in Bo3, the rest are played in Bo1.
