Ban tổ chức FISSURE Universe Ep. 4 đã xác nhận thêm bốn đội tuyển nhận vé mời trực tiếp. Các đội được mời bao gồm Team Spirit, Talon Esports, Tundra Esports và Team Falcons.
Trước đó, giải đấu đã gửi lời mời đến BetBoom Team, Team Liquid, PARIVISION và Aurora Gaming. Tám đội còn lại giành quyền tham dự thông qua vòng loại, bao gồm: Gaimin Gladiators, Night Pulse, One Move, 1win, Wildcard, M80, BOOM Esports và Team Tidebound.
FISSURE Universe Ep. 4 sẽ diễn ra từ ngày 22 đến 30 tháng 3 với thể thức Thụy Sĩ cho vòng bảng và Nhánh Thắng - Nhánh Thua (Double Elimination) ở vòng playoff. Các đội sẽ cạnh tranh tổng giải thưởng trị giá 500.000 USD, cùng với khoản hỗ trợ tài chính bổ sung trị giá 150.000 USD.
