Nikita “Daxak” Kuzmin, former offlaner for Chimera Esports, shared that he was removed from the team because of an internal conflict that he tried to reconcile but ended up becoming a "substitute" and was replaced.
He posted on Telegram:
“If the results were better, I could have told a few jokes. But we are in the MENA region, having gone through a very long bootcamp with some players not performing as expected. This caused the whole team to begin to lose morale. Small conflicts appear here and there. There was a problem that, for example, I tried to solve but ended up being a stand-in. Offlaner is the most easily replaceable position because it is also the most difficult role to fill. From a human perspective, this is – well, it can only be said to be absurd. In essence, everything is exactly the same as my previous teams.”
According to Daxak, conflicts began to appear between the players during bootcamp, and he tried to resolve this problem. However, his efforts were ineffective, and in the end he was the one who suffered the most severe consequences, leading to his departure from Chimera Esports. Although he did not reveal specifically what caused the problem, Daxak admitted that he was replaced because the offlaner position is more susceptible to change than other roles.
In addition, he also said that this time the team will provide positive reviews about him for future transfers, which he feels is different from previous times.
Previously, there was information that the offlaner position of Chimera Esports could be replaced by Abdimalik “Malik” Sailau.
