Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov believes that if Gaimin Gladiators does not improve their performance, the team will continue to compete until The International 2025, after which the esports organization will likely close.

Team Spirit's management shared this perspective on Twitch:

“Gladiators will not disband immediately – they will play until Int. They have disbanded the entire roster in other disciplines except Dota. I feel like if things continue as they are, they will play at Int and then the organization will go out of business. That's my thinking.”

Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov said the organization used to have rosters in most esports before the Riyadh Masters, but has since disbanded most of the roster.

Responding to the notion that Gaimin Gladiators is a successful organization, Team Spirit's management stated that the club's success is based solely on the results of its Dota 2 roster, and without this roster, the organization would not at all outstanding.

“You are confusing the Dota roster and the organization. They are two different things. Growing strong and successful thanks to what? Dota squad? I haven't seen any media stand out, I haven't seen any social network being strongly promoted except Twitter, and I haven't seen any other team achieve outstanding results."
