How teams receive invitations

The four teams that received direct invitations to DreamLeague Season 25 are the current leaders on the EPT Standings: PARIVISION, BetBoom Team, Team Falcons, and Team Liquid.

The EPT rankings evaluate teams based on the points they achieved from high placements in EPT events, such as previous DreamLeague tournaments and ESL One LAN tournaments. ESL's Dota 2 competitive system, EPT was launched in March 2023 and is considered the successor to Valve Software's previous Dota 2 Pro Circuit (DPC).

DreamLeague Season 25 is the next big highlight in the EPT schedule, scheduled to take place from February 16 to March 2. Before this tournament begins, Dota 2 fans can also look forward to Other Tier 1 events, including Blast SLAM II and FISSURE Playground I.
