VCS player asked for help due to unemployment but was "harshly" criticized by the audience.

This VCS player was at the peak of expectations, but then almost "self-destructed".

The VCS player "fell from the peak to the abyss" and had to go for help
More than a year ago, the VCS community was extremely excited when player Tlong was introduced to join the Fredit BRION squad (the predecessor of OKSavingsBank Brion) but on the Challengers team. Tlong's starting point is unprecedented because LCK is famous for not liking foreign players. But all that followed was disappointment.

Returning to VCS, Tlong was also not used seriously. Even when the "32 players" incident broke out, the teams did not look at him. Even in the last days of 2024, according to some observations, Tlong posted a story publicly "asking for help" to find opportunities for the new season. This is truly a pity for a player who was once highly appreciated and had high expectations from the audience because of his reputation as "going to LCK to study abroad".

The VCS community also "let go of bad words"
But the reaction of the VCS audience was quite "harsh". Specifically, many opinions say that Tlong's biggest weakness is the most important factor in a team: communication skills. This guy is too closed-minded and even when playing games with VCS players, still speaking Vietnamese, Tlong is "silent". This is a taboo, especially in a game that promotes teamwork like League of Legends.

Furthermore, Tlong's skills are not at the top level as he has not yet reached the Korean Challenger stage in the LCK. And when it comes to VCS, they can't prove themselves. Obviously, Tlong was given the opportunity, but the current consequence is more due to his "self-destruction" than objective external factors.

And at present, LCP teams have "finalized" their squad while next season's VCS is still a question mark. If Tlong continues to be unemployed like that, this could be a huge regret for himself, as well as a waste for VCS.
