According to rumors from VCS English, Vikings Esports will soon part ways with mid laner Kati. To replace, this team will soon recruit young player Chika to take on the team's mid laner role in the new season.
The VCS English home page has continuously posted two rumors about Vikings Esports: Kati will leave the team and Chika will be her replacement. Kati joined Vikings Esports in early 2024, competing with the team in both the Spring and Summer splits. However, a poor performance at the World Finals could lead to a decision to part ways from both sides.

If Kati leaves Vikings Esports, VCS English predicts young mid laner Chika to replace. The player born in 2006 is emerging in the Vietnamese League of Legends community after joining DRX's Academy team. Besides Chika, DRX Academy also recruited another Vietnamese player, LazyFeel, however Chika was not allowed to stay at DRX and is expected to return to Vietnam.
Vikings Esports has just gone through a tumultuous first year with League of Legends Vietnam. Officially launched at the end of 2023, Vikings Esports will participate in VCS starting in 2024. Right in the spring, the team lost 4 members, Kratos, Gury, Kairi and Bunn due to suspicion of match-fixing.
