SAW has just announced the addition of Maikil "Golden" Selim as the team's head coach until the end of the season, aiming to fill the void left by Danny "BERRY" Krüger after leaving in early October.

Golden announced his retirement after parting ways with the EYEBALLERS team in October, but he quickly took on the role of head coach. Although he just moved to a coaching position, Golden still has experience from 8 months working at GODSENT in 2023.

Golden joined SAW at a time when the team was going through many major changes. In early October, SAW surprisingly dropped BERRY and Rafael "arrozdoce" Wing, then signed André "Ag1l" Gil to replace them. Golden is the final piece to complete the new squad.

Since the roster restructuring, SAW won their first international LAN title at ESL Challenger Katowice in their first offline competition with the new roster, and now the team is heading to the RMR Major Shanghai tournament, will start on November 17. SAW is in Group A and will face SINNERS in the opening match.
